BARISTA

We are a quality focused speciality coffee shop in Clapham Junction, currently looking for experienced and trainee Baristas who are passionate and takes pride in consistently delivering exceptional coffee.

An opportunity to join our growing team of two cafes with progression within the business as it evolves. Minimum of one year experience is essential, and your on-going development as a barista will be supported and fully encouraged.

We serve Square Mile Coffee on our custom KVdW Spirit espresso machine paired with Mythos ClimaPro and EK43 grinders. We also offer espresso and filter coffee from guest roasters.

FULL TIME OR PART TIME KITCHEN CHEF

The applicant will be responsible for brunch at the cafe.

Start date: Immediate start

Our food
- Seasonal brunch menu
- Short order dishes using high quality, fresh ingredients

The Job
- Overall responsibility of the kitchen
- Prep and run the daily service
- Ability to work alone and in a team under high pressure
- Must be efficient, clean and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Manage ordering and inventory
- Able to cost menu dishes and work with suppliers

The successful candidate must:

- Be knowledgeable of and uphold all food hygiene and health and safety requirements
- Hold a food hygiene certificate
- Reliable and punctual. Candidates must be enthusiastic and hard working.

It is essential that applicants have experience in a similar high quality cafe or restaurant.
