Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy for merchandise and equipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We hope you enjoy your coffee purchase with us and don’t need to return it! However, if there is anything wrong with your order, please let us know by email info@storycoffee.co.uk and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
